Led by Dr. K. Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs and is grounded in evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive psychotherapy, and lifestyle counseling.

We also offer family and couples counseling to help improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. Whether you’re facing personal struggles, dealing with academic or workplace stress, or coping with major life changes, our counseling sessions aim to equip you with practical tools and emotional strength.

For added convenience, video counseling sessions are available for those who prefer privacy at home or are unable to visit in person. Sessions are scheduled with flexibility and confidentiality as top priorities.
